- We allow pets in our property with an extra charge and with prior permission by the Hotel Management (Permission Prior to Booking is Mandatory).
- The charges vary depending on the Breed of the pet (Toy Breed / Big Size Pets etc) also the total Pet charges vary as per the total number of nights booked.
- Pet owners shall be liable for any damage done by the pet to any person, property, furniture, fixtures & furnishings.
- Pet should be kept leashed at all times in the open areas.
- Pet will be allowed in any 1 room during stay as we have to get the room deep cleaned after check out of Pet.
- Please carry proper pet gear with you like the bedding & Utensils for the pet and also other cleaning gear etc.
- Pet not to be left unattended in the property premises or in room.
- Please take your Pet along while going out for meals and local sightseeing.
- Pets are not allowed in the dining room ( breakfast area).
- Please keep the property clean and take your pet outside the property for the walk to freshen up.

- Cancelled 20 days prior to check inn date – 95% refund of the Advance amount
- Cancelled between 20 days up to 14 days prior to check inn date – 50% Refund of the Booking amount
- Cancelled within 14 days prior to check inn – No Refund

- In Case of any National Emergency / Restrictions on travel to Dehradun, Uttarakhand – Your Advance would be adjusted to a future date for a subsequent booking with us and a credit note for the same would be issued (valid for 1 year and also transferable)
- Note – Once the booking is confirmed with advance payment received, in the event of cancellation due to any reason and irrespective of the time duration a minimum 5% transaction & processing charge will be deducted.
Hotel Policy
- Any rules & guidelines laid down by Government to be followed and shall not be an excuse for last minute cancellation
- Wifi, Mobile & TataSky Networks are not very strong in the hills and cannot be guaranteed due to weather conditions and other technical issues. (Jio & Airtel network is mostly available)
- Alcoholic drinks, Loud music or any sought of party are not allowed in the open/common areas and strict action will be taken in the event of any such activity ( Decorum to be maintained at all times)
- Private BBQ , Hookah/Sheesha or Loud speakers are strictly prohibited
