- Cancelled 20 days prior to check inn date – 95% refund of the Advance amount
- Cancelled between 20 days upto 14 days prior to check inn date – 50% Refund of the Booking amount
- Cancelled within 14 days prior to check inn – No Refund
- No show – No Refund / No adjustments
- In Case of any National Emergency / Restrictions on travel to Dehradun, Uttarakhand – Your Advance would be adjuted to a future date for a subsequent booking with us and a credit note for the same would be issued (valid for 1 year and also transferable)

Once the booking is confirmed with advance payment received , in the event of cancellation due to any reason and irrespective of the time duration a minimum 5% transaction & processing charge will be deducted.
